Sunshine Mobility came to us as an established home mobility company with a growing footprint, an extensive product offering, and a website that no longer reflected the quality or complexity of the business.
The goal wasn’t simply to make the site look better. We needed to rethink how customers researched products, found their local team, and moved from “I need help” to understanding which mobility solution might actually fit their life.
We started with the architecture before touching the aesthetics.
The new Sunshine Mobility website was structured around three things: products, people, and place.
We reorganized the experience around clear mobility categories, built a scalable individual product library, and developed a custom location system that allows visitors to select their nearest Sunshine Mobility team and see relevant contact information throughout the site.
From there, the visual experience was rebuilt to feel cleaner, more confident, and more editoria giving a long-established mobility company a digital presence that feels as dependable and considered as the products it sells.
SEO and GEO strategy were built directly into the structure, with clear category pages, individual product resources, location pages, intentional internal linking, and room for future local landing pages as Sunshine continues to grow.
Sunshine Mobility serves customers looking for everything from mobility scooters and lift chairs to stairlifts, platform lifts, vehicle lifts, pool lifts, and residential elevators.
But the existing website treated much of that information as a collection of disconnected service pages. Products were difficult to explore in depth, location information wasn’t built to scale with the company, and customers who didn’t already know what they needed had very little guidance.
As Sunshine expanded into multiple markets, the website needed to do more than generate calls. It needed to become a useful resource helping customers understand their options while giving each local team a clear place within one cohesive brand.

Rather than redesigning Sunshine around its current footprint alone, the new system was built so products, locations, and content can continue expanding without requiring the website to be rebuilt every time the company grows.
We transformed Sunshine’s product offering into a structured catalog of individual models connected to broader categories like stairlifts, mobility scooters, lift chairs, wheelchairs, platform lifts, vehicle lifts, pool lifts, and home elevators.
Each product has its own educational page, while category pages automatically surface the appropriate products creating a system that is easier for customers to browse and dramatically easier for the Sunshine team to maintain.
We built a custom location system that connects Sunshine’s WordPress location records directly to the customer experience.
Visitors can choose their local market once, and phone numbers, location links, calls to action, and other connected elements update throughout the site giving a multi-location company the convenience of a local website without maintaining separate sites for every market.
The site was rebuilt around how people actually research mobility products.
Instead of relying on broad service pages alone, the new architecture creates clear paths between educational category content, individual product pages, local service information, FAQs, comparisons, and conversion points.
The result is a website designed to work for people first while giving Google and AI-powered search tools a much clearer understanding of what Sunshine Mobility offers, where it operates, and how each product fits into the bigger picture.
More than a simple rebrand. The project involved rebuilding the underlying structure of the website while developing the customer-facing experience around it.
Audited the existing website, product offering, location structure, and search opportunities. Defined a scalable hierarchy for product categories, individual products, locations, and future local search pages before development began.
Developed a cleaner, elevated visual direction and reorganized the customer journey around education and clarity. Product categories, comparisons, reviews, installation guidance, and calls to action were designed to help visitors make sense of an unfamiliar buying process.
Built the structured product library and custom location-aware experience in WordPress using reusable content, dynamic templates, and location data that can be managed without redesigning individual pages.
Reworked core website copy, expanded product and category content, developed metadata and internal linking strategy, refined conversion paths, and prepared the site for Google indexing and continued local SEO expansion.
Mobility purchases often begin with a problem, not a product name.
Someone may know that the stairs have become difficult, that a parent needs help getting around, or that transporting a wheelchair has become frustrating without knowing whether the solution is a stairlift, platform lift, scooter, wheelchair, vehicle lift, or something else entirely.
The new Sunshine Mobility experience was designed around that reality.
Educational product content
Guided product discovery
Individual product resources
Localized calls and contact information
In-home and virtual consultation pathways
Franchise lead generation
Search-friendly category and location architecture
The redesigned site gives Sunshine Mobility one cohesive system for educating customers, showcasing a growing product catalog, supporting multiple markets, and expanding into new locations.
Instead of maintaining disconnected pages and duplicated information, the team now has a flexible structure that can grow alongside the business while customers have a much clearer path from question to product to local expert.
A growing catalog of individual product pages connected to educational category pages and built for long-term search visibility.
One website adapts across Sarasota, Houston, Miami, and Southern Maine with local contact information and experiences managed from a centralized system.
New products and locations can be added through the existing WordPress structure without redesigning the site or rebuilding the customer experience from scratch.
A real reply, from a real person.
